Description

Qualifications

* Internet industry experience and familiarity with the metrics and business drivers for a pure-play Web business
* Strong modeling skills and/or experience negotiating and drafting term sheets and contracts
* Excellent research skills, including the ability to quickly synthesize large amounts of information and present them concisely in both written and verbal formats
* 3-7 years of experience in a relevant field, with demonstrated success managing a deal pipeline and closing both large and small deals individually and as part of a team
* Masterful ability to create professional looking presentations, mockups, and product specifications that clearly articulate ideas and proposals
* Technical background or strong understanding of product development is a plus
* Ability to work with cross-functional internal teams and build consensus among development, product management, operations and finance teams
* MBA or JD a plus
